White Bean & Kale Dip

I’m the sort of person that always tastes something amazing, gets the recipes then goes homes and re-creates it.
This was a delish dip from my retreat that @jfhealth made.
I love her simple & nutritious recipes.

This is the White Bean & Kale dip inspired by @jfhealth as i changed a few things.

Recipe.
.
1 can of Organic Cannellini Beans.
2 cups of finely chopped Kale
Juice of half a lemon
Salt & Pepper
2 Tablespoon sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons Ground Pistachios
1 Tablespoon Crushed garlic
1 Tablespoon White Miso paste.

Method.
.
In food processor add can of beans, salt & pepper, Miso paste, garlic & Lemon and blend till a dip consistency. Then add Kale, Sesame seeds and ground Pistachios. Whizz till blended and good to serve.

So easy and so tasty. I use as a dip and also on top of my salads for some extra kick. Why not give this dip a go!
