Easy delicious 𤤠Vegan & Gluten Free Dinner with Pickld & Kitz Living Foods
I love easy soups just made up with what you have in the fridge. I whipped this up so easily & it was so nutritious.

My Spicy Coriander & Coconut Pumpkin Soup.

Recipe.
Half Butternut Pumpkin.
2 Potatoes.
1 Glove garlic.
2 Brown Onions.
1 Leek.
2 Chillies.
2 Sweet Potatoes.
Organic Vegetable Stock cubes.
Fry up the Leek, Onions, Chillies & Garlic. Add all other vegetables, water and 4 stock cubes. Then add 2 Tablespoons of Spicy Coriander & Coconut @pickldit seasoning. Simmer until all vegetables are soft, blend in blender until creamy.
Serve withĀ Kitz Living Foods Activated Salad Sprinkles & Gluten free Quinoa Crackers. I always sprinkle a bit more seasoning on top of the soup to with some Spring Onions.
