Tai Chi at home App

Lately with my massive work schedule I have been finding it hard to fit in exercise and when I do I have been feeling really exhausted. I love Yoga and meditation and find this calming on my body.
I come across a Tai Chi App which I have done a little of before.
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for defense training, health benefits, and meditation. It is gentle movements of the body which I am finding is a perfect pace for me at the moment.
The last few weeks i have been using the Tai Chi at home App which is really easy to use with loads of step by step videos. It is fabulous as I can use it anywhere and anytime. Great for my night shifts and small breaks in the day.
Using this App you can build strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination all while gaining relaxation and deep breathing.
The App gets new content regularly and you can go back and replay any exercises you enjoyed.
I know I will regularly be using this App now and loving the benifits from it. Totally fitting in with my lifestyle right now and love the pace of it.
