Azalea Grapeseed Oil Honey Mustard Mayo Recipe.

I’ve had a lot of fun in the kitchen discovering Azalea Grapeseed Oil recently. The product is high in Omega 6 & Vitamins C, D & E – making it fabulous for cooking or even skincare.

With a high smoke point, it is great for BBQs, baking and frying – as well, with its delicate flavour the product also is an excellent ingredient for salad dressing, sauces & dips. In a nutshell, it’s a versatile product!

I got this easy tasty recipe from @kidgredients:

Honey Mustard Mayonnaise using theAzalea Grapeseed Oil.

.

You will need:

Stick blender

• Jug

• 1 egg

• 1 tsp dijon mustard

• 2 tbsps lemon juice

• 350 ml grapeseed oil

• salt and pepper

• 1 tbsp honey

• 1.5 tsps seeded mustard.

.

Method

Add the egg to the jug, try not to break the yolk.

Add the lemon juice, dijon mustard. And season.

Turn on the stick blender.

Slowly add the grapeseed oil to the jug, in a trickle as the stick blender spins.

Pull the blender up.

Add the seeded mustard and honey and give one final whizz for about 20 seconds or until combined.

This Mayonnaise tastes so good & didn’t last very long on my table! I paired it with potato wedges, which I also cooked in Azalea Grapeseed oil in order to make them extra crunchy. My son was very pleased & wants to know when I’m making them again. Thanks Kylie @kidgredients for a delicious recipe that kept my family happy.
