Organic Nasi Goreng Recipe.

I made a delish Nasi Goreng last night with My Organic Foods Brown Rice.

I packed this one so full of Veges & the brown rice makes it extra nutritious.

Here is how i make it.

Boil 2 cups of Brown Rice and set aside.

Fry up 2 chopped onions & 1 green Chilli.

Add chopped up mixed vegetables, i used Chinese cabbage, carrots, corn, spring onions, bamboo spouts & Bok Choy. Use what ever you like to eat, i put in as much Veges as rice.

Add home made sauce, add rice and fry for another 5 minutes. Add fried egg in as well if you like or top with egg.

Top with fried Spring Onions, fresh Spring Onion & some crushed peanuts.

Homemade sauce.

2 Tablespoons of Kecap Manis

1 Teaspoon Chilli Paste

1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce.

.

Yummy & filling with lots of leftovers 😋.
