Beetroot Bliss Balls

It’s the weekend 😀 and what a way to start the day, a cup of tea & these delish bliss balls i whipped up the other day with Bliss Fit Foods

Beetroot Granola & Cacao Bliss Balls.

2 cups of soaked Almonds .

2 cups of soaked Dates.

2 cups Beetroot Granola.

1 Tablespoon Organic Rice malt syrup.

1 cup of Organic Cacao.

1 cup of melted Organic Coconut oil.

.

In the food processor i wizz Almonds, take out and then wizz soaked dates, then add almonds back and all other ingredients. I left my almonds & granola chunky this time. Once mixed put mix in fridge for 15 then roll and dip in coconut 😀.

These Balls are so tasty and i love all the crunchy bits in it.

Definitely a great healthy treat that fills you up & the family loved them.
